Free shipping and handling on all orders over $75. Standard 3-5 day shipping on all items. Please understand that FACE is a one-woman operation and sometimes items take longer to pack and ship.

All packages will be sent via USPS. Items will ship UPS only if a larger item. For orders under $75, there is an auto-calculated carrier rate.

FACE offers free returns on unopened, unused, damage-free goods in re-sellable condition. Edible items and sexual & intimate wellness products are not eligible for returns. Returns must be made within 14 days of order ship date. In the event that you want to make a return, please follow the below steps.

1. Please email us with your order number and a list of the items you would like to return.

2. Please go to this link to access and print your complimentary return shipping labels. Have your order # and zip code available.

3. Ship back with 14 days of order ship date.
